it started with...
a wide angle lens, a bored teen, and a piqued interest in film.

Most, if not all, of the film cameras sold at my local camera shop came with fixed lenses. Which, in turn, allowed me to explore landscape (or nature) photography.

Nature and landscape photography, I find, are very fluid and minimalist types of captures. Nature and landscape photography force someone to appreciate the beauty in subjects or places that may not be accessible due to seasons or the natural cycle of life.

We, as photographers, are lucky we can capture and preserve moments forever.
