it started with...
a lazy photographer bored with color.

B&W photography found its way into my creative space by presenting itself during a (pre-film) edit session as a filter. This stirred up a conversation in my head. It made me realize that the days when working with color seemed long and tiresome… could be simplified by the click of a button.

This was later transferred into film… where I picked up a roll of 400 TX, had a blast, and discovered the beauty of monochrome photography.
